ASRock teams Up With Cooler Master and Teamgroup on Phantom Gaming Alliance

Taiwanese motherboard and graphics card manufacturer, ASRock, announced at CES a partnership with Cooler Master and TEAMGROUP, to expand its global presence in gaming PC product categories.

This partnership brings the PC product manufacturers together as Phantom Gaming Alliance, offering chassis, CPU cooler, memory, and SSD with the design of Phantom Gaming elements.

The first wave of Phantom Gaming edition product includes:

  • Phantom Gaming Edition SSD: T-FORCE DELTA Phantom Gaming RGB SSD (5V)

The Phantom Gaming edition chassis, CPU cooler, memory, and SSD are showcased with Intel Z390 Phantom Gaming series motherboards, as well as Phantom Gaming Radeon RX Vega/RX 500 series graphics cards during CES 2019.

T-FORCE DELTA Phantom Gaming RGB SSD

The T-FORCE DELTA Phantom Gaming RGB SSD (SATA 3) is available in 250 GB, 500 GB and 1 TB models. It has a unique design which integrates addressable RGB LEDs which allows users to customize the look. To use the addressable features a motherboard with 5 V ADD headers are required.

The SSDs are using 32-layer 3D NAND. Its maximum read speed is up to 560MB per second and its write speed is 500MB/s.

The 250 GB has an MSRP of $72 USD, the 500 GB $112 USD and the 1 TB model with an MSRP of $202.

T-FORCE XCALIBUR Phantom Gaming RGB DDR4

The T-FORCE XCALIBUR Phantom Gaming RGB DDR4 memory is certified and tested to work with ASRock's Phantom Gaming motherboard range. Integrated into the aluminium heatsinks is RGB LEDs which offer an ultra wide 120° viewing angle. These RGB LEDs can be synchronised with compatible motherboards.

XMP 2.0 profiles are supported with the T-FORCE XCALIBUR Phantom Gaming RGB DDR4 in three different configurations. These include three 2x8GB kits in DDR4-3200 CL16 18-18-38, DDR4-3600 CL18 20-20-44 and DDR4-4000 CL18; all three kits have an operating voltage of 1.35 V.

The DDR4-3200 2x8 GB kit has an MSRP of $175 USD and the DDR4-3600 2x8 GB kit has an MSRP of $215 USD.

New AMD Mini PC - DeskMini A300

ASRock also introduced at CES 2019 the first AMD based Mini STX Platform, the DsekMini A300, which adopts with AMD A300 chipset to support AMD 65W AM4 APU (Bristol Ridge and Raven Ridge), as well as up to 32GB DDR4-2933MHz memory in two DDR4 SO-DIMM slots. With overclocking memory module, it will power up 20% of 3D gaming performance even more .

It supports up to 4 storage devices, including 2x Ultra M.2 (2208) PCIe SSD slots and 2x 2.5" hard drive. It also supports three display outputs simultaneously, M.2 Wi-Fi module and various accessories within 1.9 Liter compact size.

DeskMini A300 makes it easy to build a home entertainment PC or mini data center.

ASRock provides various optional accessories of DeskMini A300, including a 65W APU cooler, rear audio jack cable, VESA mount kit, and Wi-Fi ac kit.
