Introducing the XFX GeForce 8800 GT 256 MB Graphics Card

Introducing the XFX GeForce 8800 GT 256 MB Graphics Card

GPUs Nov 14,2007 0

With the new XFX GeForce 8800 GT graphics card, XFX is expanding its territories to the 'below-200-euro' segment. The GeForce 8800 GT 256MB (available in standard and XXX Editions) features high color clarity with high-definition video and smooth playback. In addition, it is the first XFX graphics card to support PCI Express 2.0 architecture in a single slot solution.

The DirectX 10 GPUs also feature NVIDIA unified architecture with GigaThread technology for faster performance. The card is HDTV-, SLI-, HDCP- and RoHS-ready. Dual Dual-Link DVI enables it to drive the largest and highest resolution flat panel displays, supporting digital output of up to 2560X1600 on two—displays.

XFX GeForce 8800 GT 256M will be available next week, landing in etail for an expected reseller price of €149 excluding VAT.
