Nokia Files New Complaint Against HTC
Nokia on Thursday filed a new complaint with the International Trade Commission (ITC) against HTC, claiming the Taiwanese smartphone company was was shifting responsibility for infringement to its suppliers.
Nokia began actions against HTC in 2012 accusing the Taiwanese company of using Nokia's proprietary technologies. Nokia claims that HTC ignores previous German court rulings that against the Taiwanese company.
Nokia has also filed another suit against HTC in the US District Court for the Southern District of California San Diego, related to three patents found in ten HTC smartphones, including its flagship HTC One and HTC First.
